The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice views of the city and surrounding mountains. The bathrooms are spotless and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western cuisines. The gym and swimming pool facilities are clean and well-equipped, with locker and changing room facilities available.

The hotel's restaurant options can be limited, with a small amount of western food and limited salad choices.

We had the most pleasant few days there. We greatly enjoyed the location...

Peony garden was located only 1 mile away, we could easily get there. Free Wi Fi was available in public areas. Shengli Park metro station was within 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

A good hotel for a busniess trip

The down side was the restaurant had staff who had no experience, They forgot meal orders and drink orders....so much so that the hotel refunded our late check-out fee's which amounted to 1,200.00 RMB Would not recomend eating there...no matter how heavey it rains or snows.

Competitors are quite close to Shangri-la & differentiation is now small.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, especially the dry sauna and water pool, the best I've experienced in Dongbei hotels. The location was also very convenient, with the hotel situated next to branded shops and close to the main attractions of this city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun.

I particularly enjoyed the abundant choices at the coffee house on the ground floor. the service was exceptional, and the housekeeping efficient.

The hotel could improve its customer service, especially with responding to emails promptly and training staff on customer communication.

Had a great stay at The Horizon Club at Shangri-La. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food options during Happy Hour were extensive and delicious. The room was comfortable and the housekeeping was efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel gave us a great city break experience thanks to its convenient location near supermarkets, cinemas, and restaurants. The gym was also well equipped, complete with an indoor pool and sauna. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's hot food options at the club lounge were quite repetitive, with similar dishes offered on different nights. The wine choices could also be improved and changed up more frequently.

We found the breakfast buffet to be full of passion with a great variety of meals and fruits, perfect for our family vacation. The hotel's location close to main attractions of this city was also a plus, especially being next to branded shops and restaurants. The staff was always helpful and went out of their way to fix any issues we had.

Despite the impeccable service, there was a minor issue with the breakfast price being a little too expensive. there were other nearby options that offered decent breakfasts at a lower cost.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were hairs on the floor and the sink was dirty. the staff was not friendly, barely even said hello when we arrived and didn't seem interested in helping us with our questions.
